Symbol Solving is a method of exploring issues within ourselves, our lives and our relationships. It aims to be a natural playful process suitable for children and adults alike, which helps us to tune into our own inner wisdom. Symbol solving gives us keys to the unconscious, unlocking doors we had forgotten and doors we didn’t know we had. 

It can help us find solutions and can provide a framework to reconnect with positivity and direction in ourselves.

What happens in a session?

From an assortment of objects, figures and pictures you choose a selection to help describe yourself, your relationships, family or a current life situation. Then, assisted by the therapist you search for the significance and meaning of the motives, which you have chosen.

This process of discovery enriches our sense of being, connecting unconscious to conscious and helps rewrite old brain grooves and neuropathways into new or healthier patterns.
